Terms of Sales
1. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
Your order entails the conclusion of a purchase contract between you and beaugarage. Orders are made through the website www.beaugarage.ch, each order gives rise to the acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale (GTC) in their current version. Following the order, a confirmation email is sent to the customer. The contract between the customer and beaugarage only takes effect with the confirmation of the order. beaugarage reserves the right not to accept and to refuse confirmation of certain orders.
Only adults over the age of 18 can place an order. The delivery of the ordered articles takes place exclusively in Switzerland. Orders placed by minors or persons under guardianship are only authorized with the agreement of the legal representative.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
2.1. Offer
The products offered for sale on the website www.beaugarage.ch constitute the beaugarage offer. beaugarage reserves the right to modify at any time the range of products available on the site www.beaugarage.ch
2.2. Non-contractual images
The photographs, texts, illustrations and graphics of the catalog illustrating the products are only indicative and do not enter into the contractual field. Changes may occur between photographs and actual products.
2.3. Responsibility
beaugarage declines all responsibility in the event of inappropriate or incorrect use of the articles.
3. PRICE
The prices published on www.beaugarage.ch are applicable. Our prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF). Participation in shipping costs is not included in the prices.
4. SEND
4.1. Availablity
Our delivery commitment is void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to beaugarage. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.
4.2. Shipping costs
Per shipment, we charge you a contribution to the shipping costs of CHF 9.-, regardless of the number of items ordered. Your parcel is delivered against signature to guarantee its good reception. Items that can be packed in a letter are invoiced to you at 2.-. Orders for which the basket amount exceeds CHF 100.00 are delivered without shipping costs.
4.3. Delivery
The delivery of the ordered articles takes place exclusively in Switzerland. beaugarage assumes responsibility for transport and undertakes to replace any item delivered damaged. Upon receipt of delivery, responsibility passes to the recipient.
4.4. Delivery time
Items are sent by post within approximately 4 to 5 working days. This applies to all items in stock (availability: in stock) - subject to operational failures - and on days when Swiss Post delivers packages (working days*). Delays in delivery may be due to causes beyond the control of beaugarage.
* working days = Monday-Friday, except legal holidays of the location of the head office of beaugarage.
4.5. Delivery options
Orders are delivered directly to the home or to the address chosen by the customer.
Orders can also be picked up in store to avoid delivery charges.
5. RETURNS
Our products leave our establishment in a state of irreproachable quality. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the products we have delivered to you, you have the option of returning them to us by post in their original packaging within 5 days of receipt. In the event of a return of goods, please contact our customer service directly at the following address: bonjour@beaugarage.ch, stating the reason for your return. Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels bearing their references), accompanied by the delivery slip. Return shipping costs are not covered by beaugarage. Any open item cannot be returned. The amount of the purchase will be refunded in the form of a voucher to be redeemed at the beaugarage. A cash refund is not possible.
6. PAYMENT
Methods of payment: the payment of your order is made by credit card or by Paypal on the site www.beaugarage.ch
7. DATA SECURITY AND USE
All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies as part of the management of the order.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the www.beaugarage.ch site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of beaugarage. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use, even partially, elements of the site whether software, visual or sound.
9. MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
beaugarage reserves the right to unilaterally modify these T&Cs. Each order gives rise to the acceptance of the T&Cs in their current version. If the T&Cs are modified, they will only apply to orders concluded after the said modifications.
10. SALVATION CLAUSE
If certain provisions of these GCS are declared null or partially invalid or become null and invalid, the other clauses retain their full force and scope. Invalid provisions are replaced by the applicable legal provisions.
11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The contractual provisions between you and beaugarage are subject to Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the competent legal forum will be that of the location of the head office of beaugarage.
