General conditions for a weekend

slow market at beaugarage

The slow market weekend aims to promote artisans and independents in the region 

which are part of an ecological and sustainable approach.

It brings together around twenty stands in a friendly atmosphere.

1. Place and date

The weekend will take place atbeaugarage at rue Gutenberg 11 in Vevey,

Saturday and Sunday1&2 October 2022 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. SaturdayandSunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m..

2. Price

The cost of participation is (price depending on season and event)for a stand of 1.5x1.5m for the two days.

No percentage will be taken from sales.

Payment is made by bank transfer,  il will validate your registration.

3. Advertising

Beaugarage is in charge of communicating and relaying the event on social networks and its website.All sharing and invitations from participants are obviously welcome.You can send us photos of your creations that we will post.

Flyers will be printed and distributed.

Stands of drinks and food will be present in order to create

a friendly atmosphere and attract as many visitors as possible.

4. Material

No stand material is provided.

It is important to provide a cash fund for your sales,

with enough money.

5. Installation and storage

You can come and set up your stand from 8 a.m. on the day

of the event and you will have until 6 p.m. to tidy up your space.

Please leave the space as clean as when you arrived.

Beaugarage does not take responsibility for your waste.

6. Liability

Beaugarage declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft

and does not guarantee the participant the realization of a figure

minimum business.

7. Cancellations

-75.- invoiced for a cancellation up to 30 days before the event and

-150.- for a cancellation within 30 days.

-In case of cancellation on our part or by the fault of the authorities...we will reimburse you in full.
