9:00 a.m. (1 hour before the start of the event)

Come and announce yourself at the bar and we'll show you your location.

Event schedule

10am-4pm, please respect this schedule and stay until 4pm

out of respect for the customers who would come towards the end.

Location

Bourg factory, Samvaz SA rue des artisans, 1816 Châtel-St-Denis.

Make no mistake, there is a Samvaz factory just off the highway,

it's notNOTthis is the factory in the middle of the village along the river.

Price

40.- including:

-ahalf-trolley (like a table of about 100x50cm)

- Space on one side for a rack or a box, so around 4m2 per stand. Stands that exceed the set limits will not be accepted (see photo above).

- 1 drink voucher

Cancelation

- In case of impediment and cancellation on your part before February 19, a flat rate of 20.- will be retained. After February 19 no refund will be possible.

- In case of cancellation of the event on our part, the totality of the 40.- will be returned to you.

Payment and reservation

Payment for the stand is made by credit card on this site.

Material to take

Tablecloth or protective fabric (to put on the wooden planks of the trolley), stander(s), hangers, change, chair, bags

Advice

The price of clothes:

Everyone sets the prices they want.

We advise to make nice prices, the purpose of the vide-dressings being to make

good deals and get rid of everything that clutters our dressing room.

Booth setup:

A few small decorative accessories (example: battery-operated light garlands,

displays, size and brand posters, small or large mirror, etc.) will make

your stand more attractive.

Event sharing and advertising:

Please share as much as possible on social networks:  

Invite your contacts to the facebook event.

Facebook and Instagram: @levidedressingdestilleuls, posters are

available on request.

Send us some photos of your most beautiful pieces,

we will post them on the networks.

Possibility to bring everything by car close to your stand and free parking

available.

A bar with drinks and salty, sweet food is planned as well as a foodtruck.
